Making sound decisions

When selecting an Insurance Restoration Contractor a few items are key in the beginning of the selection process.

• How long has the company been in business
• Are there any filed complaints on the California State Contractors License
• Are their employees background checked, drug tested,and DMV checked
• Are the sales people properly licensed HIC designation with an actual card
• Is the company fully insured with Liability, Workers Compensation, Pollution Liability, Automobile and Baileys Insurance. Have them produce a Certificate of Insurance with a $5,000,000 Aggregate.
• Is the Workers Compensation Mod under 1.0
• Do the Workers have IICRC Certification Training
