We are providing temporary power in a 240 unit Retirement Community. There was a power failure at 8:00pm at night. We were called at 11:30 pm that same night. We delivered a 1 megawatt deisel generator and had the community running at 5:30am the next morning in time for the staff to cook breakfast. This generator was then switched out for a 2 megawatt unit the following night and the entire facility was at full power. Not a hitch with all residences completely satisfied. We are even getting daily hugs from the residences and are being honored at the annual Hoe Down this Sunday. This experience has been so fullfilling for our company.
We have a youtube posted showing the unit. All involved including the owner, insurance adjuster and managers of the facility have praised us for the quick professional response.
We are the experts when your power to any building is interrupted.

Why is a full service restoration company your first choice?
The full service company knows and practices the entire process. That company knows what is next and where the hangups in the process are. The full service company manages your loss........every aspect of your loss. Why should you call the painter and call the contents company. Why should you figure out when the floor company needs to come in and work. Why should you negotiate with the insurance company? You, the insured, need to hire a company that will help you restore your life, your whole life.
We at Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling are proud to be a full service restoration company.

Picking a professional
Your first impression is usually that gut feeling that you should follow when selecting a professional.
Is the Project Manager organized and on time?
Is the Project Manager in uniform and able to present you with a business card?
Has the company representative been properly trained and is he/she knowledgeable in their field?
What does the equipment look like? Is it well maintained?
Is the equipment you see clean and ready to be "set" in your home or business?
Have all of the company employees you see passed a Criminal Background check?
Look carefully and ask the right questions. You will know what to do?

Urgency as a way of life!
You will never hear us say "We will take care of it later". I had a customer call us up on Friday at 5:45 pm. She was having a problem with her water heater. She was facing the weekend with no hot water. She got me on the phone through our answering service. The first thing she wanted to know was who she was talking with. I answered, "This is Donn Peacock I am the owner of the company". She was surprised to get the owner at that time but I told her I would see to it that this situation was taken care of immediately. She was elated and relieved. Her problem was taken care of as I dispatched a qualified person to her home within five minutes.
The customer proceeded to tell me (since she had the owner on the phone) what a great job we had done and how pleased she was with everything that she experienced with the company.
What a great way to start the weekend!
Call us, we are here to provide excellent service and stand behind our work.

First Secret to a Successful Remodel
Most people spend more time planning a one week vacation than a major remodel of their home.
Secret #1 Avoid Common Misconceptions
Secret #1 Avoid Common Misconceptions
- If the Better Business Bureau does not have any complaints against the contractor, they must be qualified. To ensure you are dealing with a reputable professional, use the BBB as a starting place, not the only place.
- Going with the lowest price saves you money. NO, not necessarily! Everyone tends to look for the lowest price. On a low estimate, you must ask yourself what is being left out or what shortcut is being taken. Like anything else, you cannot get something for nothing. Be careful of choosing your contractor based upon lowest price.
- Doing it yourself saves money. What starts out as an attempt to save money can turn into a costly mess. All to often, the job is botched and it costs more to have a reputable professional come in and fix the mistakes.
- If a person claims to have many years of experience, they must do quality work. Take experience claims with a grain of salt. Just because a contractor claims to have twenty years of experience, does not mean you will get what you want. He could have done a poor job for twenty years.
